Terms & Conditions

1. The Promotion

This giveaway ("Promotion") is jointly presented by Small Luxury Hotels of the World Ltd ("SLH") and Varsity Headwear Inc. ("Varsity Headwear"). By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Competition Period

The Promotion opens at 00:00 (EST) on August 9, 2026 and closes at 23:59 (HST) on August 23, 2026 (the "Competition Period"). Entries received outside the Competition Period will not be considered.

3. Eligibility and How to Enter

The Promotion is open to subscribers of SLH's US newsletter list who are genuine members of SLH Club, legal residents of the United States, and 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of SLH and Varsity Headwear are not eligible to enter. Void where prohibited by law. SLH and Varsity Headwear reserve the right to verify an entrant's SLH Club membership and to disqualify any entry found to be fraudulent, duplicated, or otherwise not made in good faith.

To enter, eligible subscribers must complete the entry form linked in the SLH newsletter email during the Competition Period. Limit of one (1) entry per person.

4. The Prize

One (1) winner will receive a single prize package consisting of:

  • A complimentary 3-night stay at any Small Luxury Hotels of the World property worldwide, subject to SLH's complimentary nights Terms and Conditions (see Section 8); and

  • A curated Varsity Headwear welcome kit, provided for the winner and their guest (2 in total)

The prize is awarded as one package to a single winner. There is no separate runner-up or partial prize.

5. Winner Selection

  • Varsity Headwear will select the winner at random from all eligible entries received during the Competition Period.

  • The winner will be selected within one week following the close of the Competition Period, no later than August 30, 2026.

  • Varsity Headwear will provide the winner's name and email address to SLH.

  • SLH will then contact the winner directly to issue the complimentary 3-night stay voucher.

6. Prize Fulfillment

  • Complimentary stay voucher: Issued directly to the winner by SLH via email, using the contact details supplied by Varsity Headwear.

  • Varsity Headwear kit: Delivered to the winner ahead of their SLH stay, to an address specified by the winner.

7. General Conditions

  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for any other prize.

  • The complimentary 3-night stay is subject to availability and to SLH's own complimentary nights Terms and Conditions, which govern matters including blackout dates, booking procedures, and any additional costs not covered by the voucher (e.g. flights, transfers, incidentals).

  • SLH and Varsity Headwear reserve the right to disqualify any entrant who does not meet the eligibility criteria or who is found to have entered fraudulently.

  • SLH and Varsity Headwear reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the Promotion, or these Terms and Conditions, at their discretion where circumstances beyond their control make this necessary.

  • By entering, participants consent to SLH and Varsity Headwear processing their personal data (name and email address) for the purposes of administering the Promotion and fulfilling the prize, in accordance with each company's respective privacy policy.

  • The winner may be required to provide a testimonial and/or grant permission for their name and general location to be used in promotional materials related to the Promotion, without further compensation, where permitted by law.

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
