Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply for all sales of goods and services from this website to consumers. Varsity Headwear (“V.H.”) is a brand name owned by the Norwegian company Fiftytwo AS. The sales terms and conditions, together with your order and order confirmation, comprise the entire agreement for the purchase.

Payment and Insurance

All of your personal information and payment details will be securely handled at all times by our payment partners. The order amount will be authorised from your account as soon as your order has been placed. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible before we ship your order and we will release funds to your account.

Payments are captured when we ship your order.


We dispatch your order as swiftly as possible, normally within the next working day from our store.

Owners Club Free Delivery

We offer free express delivery for our Owners Club members. In order to be granted this free shipping option you must select box (B) on the Shipping section of the Checkout page. This confirms that you are an existing member or accept to become one. Please Note: If the Owners Club free shipping option is used to complete your purchase, regardless of box (B) being ticked or not, you consent to become an Owners Club member if you are not already. Becoming an Owners Club member post-purchase does not give any rights to claim a credit/refund for a shipping fee on a already placed order.


We send your cap using Bring Servicepakke/DHL Express, which means your cap will arrive at your local delivery point 1-5 days after it is sent from us. A delivery notification will be sent via sms and/or email when your package is ready to be collected. Kindly note that delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times.

Europe and EU

For European orders we use DHL Express from Norway, which normally takes 1-3 days to reach you from dispatch. Please be ready for a SMS/Text message or email from DHL to organise the delivery. You can choose between home delivery, postponed delivery or delivery to your local pickup-point to mention some. This can be managed directly with DHL.

Rest of World

All international orders are shipped using DHL Express from Norway. Depending on where you live in the world, this form of shipping will take approximately 2-4 days. Please be ready for a SMS/text message or email from DHL to organise your delivery. You can choose between home delivery, postponed delivery and or delivery to your local pickup-point to mentions some.

Prices, Taxes, and Duties

All orders are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that local tax (VAT) and custom duties are included in the price.

Important Information Regarding Delivery

Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability. We are unable to deliver to post office boxes.

Order Confiration

You will receive an order confirmation e-mail as soon as we have confirmed your order. This may take a few minutes.

Please read this carefully and check that the order confirmation agrees with your order. Please keep it in a safe place as we may ask you for information from it in correspondence. If you do not receive the confirmation email please contact, so that we may investigate and confirm that your order has been placed successfully. You will receive an additional e-mail as soon as your items are shipped with a tracking number.

Information Provided on Our Website

We do our best to give our customers the most correct information possible on our web about our products. However, we reserve the rights against errors which may arise and which may result in our inability to deliver in accordance with the information given at, in our marketing or in any other way. We reserve the rights to withdraw products from our web site, change the web site and its contents.

Delivery, Delay, and Insurance

V.H. insures each purchase during time in transit until it is delivered to you or you pick up the order from your local pickup point.

We retain the risk for the products during this time. If delivery of the products is delayed, you will be informed as soon as we are aware of the situation, and advised as to whether delivery can be made and when, or whether the product(s) are sold out. Depending on the type of product and the length of the delay, you may according to the circumstance cancel the agreement.

Inspection of the Products

Once you have received the products, you should, as soon as you can, check that delivery is in accordance with the order confirmation, if the products have been damaged under transportation, or if the products otherwise have any defects or missing parts. Unfortunately we are not able to take responsibility for issues like the above that may be discovered at a later point in time. 


V.H. aims to describe the products on as correctly as possible. However, kindly note that computer color settings may differ, which may cause the images of the caps to show colors that may differ from their actual colors. V.H. will not be held responsible for any such discrepancy.

Warranty Claim

If the products have defects or items are missing you may according to the circumstances require; a re-delivery, a refund or that the agreement be cancelled. The defect must have existed when the products came into your possession. You may report to us defects in the products in writing. You have nevertheless two weeks claim deadline. This claim can be made to Please include you order reference number in the subject line. We will confirm the receipt of all claims by email. We will also confirm the receipt of all goods returned to us, by email.

Returns and Exchange

We are continuously working to make sure we produce and sell the highest quality hats on the market. However, sometimes an imperfect product slips through our system. If you experience quality issues with your cap we are happy to repair your cap or in some cases exchange it for a new one. Please understand that this does not include issues or faults that are the result of external forces (man-made damages) and/or poor care of your hat.

If you receive your cap and find it’s faulty or not the one you ordered then please let us know within 48 hours of receiving the package. We will need you to send us a photograph and explanation of the fault in an email to This way we can identify the problem, and take the necessary steps to correct the problem as soon as possible. Once we have received your email we will reply with instructions of what to do next.

Returns - Non-Refundable Shipping Costs

Shipping costs that are specified on the order confirmation as “Shipping” are non-refundable should the customer wish to return and refund the order. Shipping costs will be deducted from the returned order amount.

NOTE: Varsity Vault products are not eligible for free returns or exchange, but we make it easy. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your order refund.

Returns from UK: 14 GBP
Rest of World: 16 USD

Non-Refundable/Returnable Items

NOTE: Personalised/customized items, such as engraving badges, are non-refundable/returnable. This is due to the fact that these badges are custom made to order and cannot be resold. The cap bought together with the engraved badge can be returned or exchanged as normal. 


We offer a 30-day exchange and return policy from the moment of purchase on all online orders (60 days for Owners Club members). You will find a return label included in your shipment with a step-by-step guide on how you can return your product(s) if not satisfied. Please note that exchanges and returns are only valid for unused caps that are in perfect condition and with the label attached. We recommend you to use the original packaging when sending your product(s) back to us. You may not return products bought online in our physical stores. Our physical stores have their own exchange and return policies, please see below.

Varsity Headwear Stores

Exchange: We offer a 30-day exchange period. You must bring a valid proof of purchase, the item must be unused, in perfect condition and with the label attached. You may exchange your product(s) in all of our Varsity Headwear stores. This also applies to caps bought online and products purchased from our wholesale partners.

Return: We offer a 3-day return & refund policy on all products bought in any of our physical retail stores. You must bring a valid proof of purchase, the item must be unused, in perfect condition and with the label attached. The cap must be returned to the same store where it was purchased. If you have purchased your product at a temporary pop up store and it has since closed down, the product(s) may be returned to our one of our stores within the same 3-day policy. Note that refunds may take up to 7 working days.

Our Retail Partners in Norway

You may purchase your Varsity Headwear product from one of our wholesale partners in Norway. Please note that each individual store carries their own exchange and return policies. We do not offer returns and refunds on products purchased from our wholesale partners. However, you may exchange the product in any of our Varsity Headwear stores within 30 days of purchase. You must bring a valid proof of purchase from the wholesale partner, the item must be unused, in perfect condition and with the label attached.

You may purchase your Varsity Headwear product from one of our wholesale partners in many locations around the world. Please note that each individual store carries their own exchange and return policies. For further information, please contact the store directly. If you receive your order and find that you would like to exchange it for another colour or size this is possible. Caps can be exchanged within the first 30 days from the cap was received as long as you follow our Exchange guidelines (Included in your shipment box). Exchanges are subject to availability and stock levels, please allow at least 10 days in order for the exchange to be completed. We offer one free return shipment per order for exchanges. Additional exchange shipments are possible, but at your expense. 

If you don’t follow the guidelines for your region, extra costs may occur if the exchange does not comply with our guidelines. In such cases extra costs that might occur will be billed to the customer. Shipping of orders is a costly activity with an environmental impact, so as a small start-up company we need all customers to take the necessary time to double-check that they are ordering the right size and colour/fabric

All goods returned for an exchange must be returned with original packaging intact, and in pristine condition (no marks, scuffs, stains, rips or tears).

Delivery Information Accuracy and Responsibility

Customers ordering from our website are responsible for supplying us with the correct information about identity, names, addresses and relevant information in order for us to deliver the order and complete the sale. Extra costs, responsibilities or issues that arise as a result of misspellings, missing information, faulty or incorrect information will be billed to the customer.

Ownership of Rights

All intellectual property rights, such as trademarks and copyrights at remain with Fiftytwo AS and its subsidiaries or licensors. Any use of or its contents, including copying or storing such content in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited without the permission of Fiftytwo AS.
