Design & construction
Oilskin Bundle
Oilskin has been developed to be a staple cap for rainy and windy weather, native to the textile's home of Scotland. This set includes our durable, weather-resistant Oilskin Cap and a reproofing wax to maintain its water repellency and rich patina over time.
Legacy Structured shape
The Legacy Structured is our original 6-panel cap shape. This style has a rigid, structured front and has been designed to maintain a refined form, regardless of head shape.
Scottish Oilskin
Oilskin is created by applying wax to cotton canvas and can continually be reproofed to maintain its water-repellent properties. Over time, the wax will naturally develop a patina, making each cap unique to its owner. Our Oilskin is sourced from the original Oilskin producer in Scotland, Halley Stevensons.
Detailing
At the back, you will find our signature strap, inspired by the NATO watch strap, which features stainless steel rings to adjust the size for a personalized fit. The cap is lined with viscose, a luxuriously soft material that has historically been used in top hat lining.
