Varsity Invites A/W 2026 : Hemsedal, the Final Stop

Hemsedal was our final stop before returning to Oslo. Here, the rest of our team joined the road trip, bringing everyone together for the final days of the journey.

My brother and I have always loved creating unique experiences for people in places that are special to us. On Thursday evening, we hiked into the forest to a spot beside a waterfall, where we had set up camp. A fire, specialty food and a bar transformed this rugged corner of Norway into a cosy gathering place. Beside the river, we had installed a sauna, giving everyone the chance to warm up before taking the plunge into the icy water below.

On Friday, we set off to hike Veslehorn with the entire team. After a few days on the road, it was a chance to slow down and take in our surroundings.

By Saturday morning, the first snowfall had arrived in Hemsedal, transforming the mountains overnight and reminding us that winter was just around the corner, even as autumn was still unfolding. A fitting end to Varsity Invites AW26.
