How to return your order (US customers only)
Due to new tariff regulations on international shipments to the USA, our return process is being updated. In a transition period, we will have two processes. (Updated 29.08.2025).
A: No Return Label in the box - Only info leaflet
Fill in the digital return form online through this link to use the free return service
Email us (hello@varsityheadwear.com) with your order number, the name on the order, and the products you wish to return. Once we receive this information, we’ll email you a prepaid return label.
Print the return label and safely attach it to the box.
Place your items and the included invoice back in the box, making sure the box is taped closed securely.
Deliver your return shipment to your chosen service point. We recommend getting a shipment receipt for proof of delivery.
B: Return Label in the box
If your order includes a prepaid return label inside the box, please follow these instructions as usual.
Fill in the digital return form online through this link to use the free return service.
Find the RETURN LABEL included in your box. Stick it to the outside of the box, over the original shipping label.
Place the cap back in the box, making sure the box is taped closed securely.
Deliver your return shipment to your chosen service point. We recommend getting a shipment receipt for proof of delivery.

The new tariff regulations, unfortunately, make the return process slightly more complicated, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may cause you as a customer. However, there are no additional costs for you, and we are trying to keep the return process smooth and straightforward—it simply requires you to reach out to us first.
